Returning to Vietnam

The main focus of 1991, nevertheless, was a plan to reestablish the strategic link between the resistance inside and outside of Vietnam. 1991

In a meeting with the National People Union Council presided by Dr. Nguyen Ton Hoan (former Prime Minister of the Republic of Vietnam as well as President of the Daiviet National People Party), Mr. Nguyen Huu Chanh undertook a task of returning to Vietnam in 1991.

1991: The National People Union Council was introduced to the Vietnamese Community.
