Organized by Mr. Chanh Huu Nguyen, the Vietnamese New Year Parade by Free Vietnam Youth is a way
to illustrate his organization’s involvement in advocating human-rights and democracy for Vietnam.

FREE VIETNAM YOUTH
On August 15, 1999, Mr. Nguyen helped establish the Free Vietnam Youth Foundation and Radio Free Vietnam – on FM, AM programs and especially SW programs (right after Radio Free Asia program) - which broadcasts daily to Vietnamese communities in California, capital of Vietnamese refugees and to audients within Vietnam to serve a sole purpose of spreading the calls for democracy and humanity.
On June 24, 2001, Mr. Nguyen organized “Alliance of Vietnamese People Convention” in Anaheim Convention Center which gathered more than 3000 Vietnamese around the world to report on progresses and chalk future roadmaps for the movement of demanding human rights for Vietnam.
On June 26, 2002, Mr. Nguyen Huu Chanh called for “Alliance of Vietnamese People Conference I” and “Vietnam Youth Conference” in the Anaheim Convention Center which gathered more than 6000 Vietnamese around the world to discuss proactive roadmaps for worldwide movement pressing for democracy and human rights in Vietnam.
